We have the lowest warehousing rates in the Ashland area. (See Sample Rates Below) There are no minimum or maximum square footage requirements, High ceilings and open or enclosed areas for manufacturing are available. Your product will be monitored via our high quality security system to prevent damage or theft.

Ashland business complex pays all property taxes, insurance, and maintenance. We have flexible leases month-to-month or year-to-year depending on your needs.

*Full Service Warehousing per month fees: Minimum per sq. ft $.12 up to max per sq ft $.25. There will be an in & out fee per skid from $1.50 up to $2.50

** Delivery fees per hour $50.00 (Minimum of 1 hour). Portions, thereafter, will be charged in 1/2 hour increments.
